When You are Caring for Yourself

If you are caring for yourself, please remember that you are important, valuable, and worthy of taking care of.  Even if your body has betrayed you by becoming sick with Cancer, or an ongoing health issue, you still deserve to take care of yourself.

Always take care of your physical and mental health.  If you are in an abusive situation, please seek help immediately.  Whether you are taking care of yourself, or caring for someone else, I wish you well in your quest for better health!
