Multiplied Health and Energy

Do you need better health and more energy?

Here is a prayer for multiplied health and energy:

Lord, just like You multiplied the five loaves of bread and two fish to feed 5,000 people, You can multiply my health and energy.  Father, take the areas of my body that do not hurt and multiply that feeling of being pain free.  Spread the peaceful and pain-free zones until they encompass my whole body.

Father, multiply the amount of energy I have so I can do more each day.  Lord, you know I do not ask this for selfish reasons.  Instead I ask for energy to do the caregiving I have been tasked with and to do the ministry I have been assigned.

I do not wish to have health and energy so I can selfishly run off doing my own hobbies or just lie around watching TV.  Instead I request health and vitality so I can help others and so I can be a good steward of the body and mind you have given me.

In asking for my own health, I also ask You to multiply health and spread it to my friends and family members.  Lord, when I have health, energy, and well-being, please multiply that to the sick and downtrodden around me.

Thank You, Amen.
